Made only using wheat flour, rye starter, water and salt. Sufficiently small enough crumbs for a sandwich loaf and strong enough to hold sandwich fillings.

The Loaf can last up to 8 days without refrigeration, a month plus in the refrigerator and almost 3-4 months in the freezer (wrapped in cling film and stored in a Tupperware to prevent absorption of freezer smells).

It has a noticeable tangy flavour and a very slight chewy texture.
