The COVID-19 outbreak is causing additional challenges and exacerbating the effects of social isolation, stress, and anxiety. Everyone should adapt infection control strategies, using appropriate combinations of safety practices, personal protective equipment (PPE), and healthy living to prevent our exposures to the virus.

In this project, we have created a video as part of promoting safety and health, especially during this unprecedented situation, COVID-19. Due to the current pandemic, we have identified some methods that do not require leaving our homes.
