Sometimes when my heart energy feels blocked, like this morning, I turn to mandala and intuitive drawing to unblock it. I often start with using chalk pastels to draw freehand mandalas. Sometimes it takes 3 drawings, sometimes more. But inevitably, I start to feel the flow and the forms become more free and intuitive. There’s no planning in the colours & shapes. I pick the colours and draw the shapes intuitively from start to finish.

It’s a beautiful process of enabling my heart (and Soul) to voice its creative expression. The end result of the drawings always surprises and delights me. 😍 I feel an unlocking of energy. I can tap into the flow again. I feel an internal alignment. I feel my heart open. I feel free. ❤️🙌🏻

100-pax BE Wellness workshops for employees, conducted in five 20-pax sessions over 2 days. What a delight guiding this group of participants using the Guided Drawing method to enhance their wellness. Such a fun & vibrant group of people! From their interaction with each other, their positive comments about the company and how professional the HR team is, I believe BE International, as a company, are treating their employees really well and BE are going from strength and strength in their performance.

It’s great that BE organises different activities, such as my art therapy, for their employees on a monthly basis as part of the company’s effort to maintain their wellness and joy. I firmly believe that when employees are happy, they are motivated to perform their best for the company. It’s no wonder that BE has grown so significantly within 5 years.
