Not a dorm, but an experience

Our story dates back to 2015 when we started our very first student lodge in Tanjung Bunga- located within a peaceful community in close proximity to TAR UC Penang, we aim to provide a fun and unique living experience for the students.

Our first project- Classic Lodge, offers dedicated communal areas for studying and getting together- because we believe college life don’t just stop after class, instead, it is only beginning!

Modern Lodge focuses on privacy as we understand as much as ‘FUN’ is important, enough personal space is very much needed as well for you to refresh and do some personal thinking.

Apart from providing a place to stay- our service extended towards providing routined check-ups and maintenance, cleaning services along with easy rental collection system for your convenience.
