Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for growth in the FMCG & food distribution industry?
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our operations across West Malaysia!

📍 Location: Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: RM7,000 and above (commensurate with experience)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement sales strategies for West Malaysia
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage key accounts (supermarkets, wholesalers, retail chains)
- Build strong partnerships with local distributors
- Conduct market analysis & competitor tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Provide accurate reporting & forecasts to HQ
- Support superiors during site visits and ensure operational excellence

👤 Requirements:
- Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in FMCG (2+ years managerial/key account role)
- Strong knowledge of West Malaysia retail & distribution market
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills (English & BM; Mandarin is a plus)
- Willing to travel & work under pressure
- Valid driving licence & own transport
