That’s a wrap on our April career fairs! 🎉

Engtek had the privilege of hosting the Seminar on OSH Legal Compliance in the Manufacturing Sector, in collaboration with JKKP Pulau Pinang and Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). We were honoured by the presence of Ts. Hairozie bin Asri, Director of JKKP Pulau Pinang, who officiated the event and underscored the importance of strong safety compliance in the manufacturing sector.

The program featured two distinguished speakers: Muhammad Rufazial Izham bin Rusdi, from DOSH Penang, presenting on the OSHA 2022 Amendment, and Azam Abu Bakar from UUM, who delivered an insightful session on Section 24 OSHA 2022 and Industrial Disaster. Their expertise provided valuable clarity on regulatory expectations, risk management and proactive safety culture.

A sincere thank you to all Engtek employees, UUM participants, vendors and invited agencies for your active involvement during our EHS Day. Your participation played a key role in making the event impactful.

Engtek Education Fund 2025 | Continuing Our Commitment to Grow Future Talent

On 23 October 2025, Engtek Group engaged with final-year students of PSDC to share insights about the Engtek Education Fund — an initiative designed to support young talents as they embark on their professional journey.

Through this session, students gained a clearer understanding of how the Education Fund connects academic learning with real-world industry exposure — positioning Engtek as a career launchpad for aspiring engineers.

We’re proud to share that our first batch of recipients has been with Engtek for nearly a year, actively exploring diverse career pathways and contributing to our innovation-driven environment. Their growth reflects the program’s mission — to nurture talent, foster hands-on learning, and build sustainable careers within Malaysia’s precision engineering ecosystem.
