Phase 2 - Ankle sprain rehab
Challenge the foot, knee, and hip in different positions so they learn to load, control, and move with confidence again.
One thing we’ve noticed with ankle sprain rehab: most people never load the ankle and foot in different positions — which is why their stability never fully returns.
This phase includes loading both the outside and inside of the ankle to restore full stability and resilience.
Stronger patterns → better stability → long-term confidence.
If you're rehabbing an ankle sprain or want to move pain-free again, save this and DM us “ANKLE” — we’ll guide you through the right steps.

“Not a Hamstring Problem. A Movement Problem.”
Many assume a failed toe touch is due to tight hamstrings.
But what we often see at ASP is a lack of pelvic and femoral internal rotation capacity—not muscle length.
Without the pelvis being able to posteriorly tilt and the femur to internally rotate, the posterior chain can’t eccentrically orient and lengthen as it should.
That’s why static stretching or foam rolling won’t fix the issue—because the system lacks the biomechanics to get there in the first place.
✔️ We improve position.
✔️ Restore joint mechanics.
✔️ And re-integrate global movement patterns.
The outcome? Functional range. True mobility. And long-term movement competency.
📩 DM us if you’re stuck despite all the stretching. Let us help you unlock your system.
