Job Vacancy: Admin Executive (Full Time, Permanent)

Area: Seremban Jaya , Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Job description:
* Handle basic simple accounts, monthly accounting reconciliation, filing, stock keeping, payments and invoices as well as follow ups with clients via email/ phone.
* Do Banking & postal works
* When necessary, attend to client to take orders/ measurements and to do delivery of products at clients location
* Communicate with client to follow up on orders / payments
* Prepare monthly statement claims, commissions, payment vouchers and related bills
* Liaise with auditor, accounts, company secretary and tax agent to prepare the necessary documents
* Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties

Requirement:
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience in related field
- Able to converse in Malay language at least. English language is added advantage
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Able to use basic excel, word. Graphic Designing is added advantage
- Have own transport and able to run errands and travel out of office for banking, postage activities, product delivery, and orders taking.
- Able to work independently and able to multi-task
- Candidate can start in short notice preferred
- Preferably Female.

Basic Salary -> RM 1,500.00
