It’s easy to believe that change will come when we find the right opportunity.

A better job.
A better business.
A better situation.

But I’ve realised opportunities alone don’t change much.

Our habits do.

The decisions we make every day.
The way we spend our time.
The way we respond to challenges.
The way we think.

If those things remain unchanged, our results often do too.

Sometimes the biggest shift isn’t finding something new.

It’s becoming aware of what has been shaping our choices all along.

Because if nothing changes, nothing changes.

And awareness is often where change begins.
