We are conducting sessions to help people understand the radical idea of "I believe in Jesus, I am saved." We began by clarifying how the radicals have distorted the Western Reformation and the doctrine of "Justification by Faith Alone." The sessions included the historical development, contexts, Luther's intent, and theology compared to those who have radicalized his teachings. I also covered the various categories of the Atonement of Christ to help them understand what it means by, "I am saved". These sessions not only edify the parish but also equip them to navigate the numerous strange doctrines came from the West, especially North America into our region, that led to many misconceptions from various groups about what it means to be followers of Christ. I’m encouraged by how much our parish enjoys and appreciates the learning.
