There are many factors affecting air quality around us. Outdoors, air is affected by vehicle and industrial congestions. The WHO in a fact sheet about “Air quality and health” stated that “Indoor air pollution is estimated to cause approximately 2 million premature deaths mostly in developing countries. Almost half of these deaths are due to pneumonia in children under 5 years of age.”

FASS 2000 HAZMAT – Large Industrial Applications
