POST: ARCHITECT

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Architecture will also be considered.

- Flair in design.

- Minimum 5 years experience working in an Architectural Consultancy office.

- Ability to manage projects independently, with good knowledge in technical, contractual and constructional aspects of projects.

- proficient in Local Authorities' requirements, the UBBL and related Laws, Acts and Codes.

- Willingness to learn and improve.

- Fluent in written and spoken BM and English.

- Good PR skills and able to attend and handle meetings accordingly.

- Excellent in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office. Other softwares knowledge shall be an added advantage.

- Possess valid driving licence and own transport. Willing to travel for outstation projects.
