Account & Admin Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling full set of accounts
- Knowledge & experience using SQL Accounting added advantageous
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances
- Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters
- Assist in audit and tax preparation
- Prepare quotation, DO & invoices
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
- Performing day to day accounting and administrative operations
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignment
- Report directly to the Managing Director
- Friendly working environment

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Malaysians Only
- Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or administration
- Those without qualifications but with working experience in related field are encouraged to apply
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS
- RM 2000 - RM 3000 per month
- 5 days a week - Mon to Fri ( 830am to 530pm)
