Front Desk cm Production Clerk
Purpose of the job
• To carryout clerical job in Production process.
Essential functions and responsibilities
• Compiling, preparing, filing weekly and monthly production report
• To receive, check and approve receipt of incoming product quantity and quality
• Assisting factory manager on clerical works
• Attending front desk duties for receipt and delivery
Other duties and responsibilities
• Control of Documents as per ISO requirement.
• Responsible to arrange ISO 9001:2015 documentation in safe condition and easy retrieval.
• Responsible to arrange and prepare document for internal and external audit.
Working environment and condition
• To keep working place tidy & clean at all times.
