CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (Contract Basis)
Responsibilities:
• Engage professionally with customers on their inquiries and concerns via live chat/email/telephone.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations, identify the problem and identification of the resources required.
• Escalate problems accurately to relevant internal parties, and follow up on pending tickets/cases.
• Serves as a link between the customer and the different departments to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customer service/support team and other departments to resolve issues.
• Demonstrates knowledge of company products/service offerings, & apply this knowledge during customer interaction.
• Prepare daily/periodic logs of calls and status report as per company requirement timely and accurately.
• Able to multitask
Requirements:
• Candidate’s qualification: Diploma/STPM/ A Level/ Pre-U or equivalent / SPM.
• At least 1 year of working experience in customer support or customer service or related fields.
• Fresh Graduate Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

• Contract period is renewable on yearly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform all secretarial and administrative duties for the CEO’s office
Plan and manage diary and schedule meetings/event/appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
Support CEO/ED in preparation of proposal papers, reports, presentations and briefs.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings
Devise and maintain office filing system. Ensuring all confidential document is properly filed, controlled and securely kept
Communicate with internal and external parties
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements :
· Preferably with 1 year experience in helpdesk/similar capacity. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
· Diploma/Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent
· Independent, self-motivated and responsible
· Possess a calm demeanour and able to cope under stress
