PEARL CITY SITE VISIT - ASCE

Good day to everyone! ASCE is organizing a site visit event to Pearl City. Don’t miss this opportunity to join us on 13th May 2023. Year 1 to year 4 students from School of Civil Engineering are welcomed to join the site visit to gain exposure to the construction field. Participants will be visiting the site of high rise buildings as well as landed properties.

As part of the Group’s expansion plan, Tambun Indah Group has commenced development in Pearl City in 2008. The land is located strategically at the Southern District of mainland Penang with proximity to key landmarks, and has excellent connectivity to major towns. Spanning across an estimated 1,140 acres of prime freehold development land, the township has a well-planned and ready infrastructure.

The details of Pearl City Industrial Visit are as follow:
Date: 13/5/2023 (Saturday)
Time: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
Venue: Pearl City, Simpang Ampat, Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang
Fee:
RM12 (Non ASCE member)
RM10 (ASCE member)
*Transportation will be provided*

Participants are required to prepare their own safety boots and safety vest. (COMPULSORY!)

Category: Mix Double Only

Register Fee per team
RM 10 for non-member and RM 8 for ASCE member.

Open for all USMKKJ students. First come, first served.
First place 🥇: RM 80
Second place 🥈: RM 40
Third place 🥉: RM 20
