Another Surgical Outreach Mission in Sofala province almost accomplished, were Focus Fistula operated so far a total of 50 patients suffering from obstetric fistula.

The patients were received by Nurse Alcinda José, an essential part of the association's team, with dedication, professionalism and a welcoming heart. Her work goes far beyond clinical care. She promotes the well-being (physical, emotional and social) of women, making each step of the treatment easier and more dignified.

Thanks to Nurse Alcinda José for her commitment and the empathy, strength and hope given to all women and girls.
