So proud of these two beauties - Elissa on her Freedive Level 1 course and Natasha, crew from Underwater Explorer, joining in to try her breath work abilities.

These lovely ladies matched each other, starting at a 54 second hold each yesterday and extending to an impressive 2 minute static hold in the pool today!!

Congratulations to both of you for having the courage to dive into yourselves and find out just what you can do with a little understanding and training!
