And thus, by the power of their thoughts, they become oppressed- not because demons are powerful, but because they have made their fears their reality.

WHY ARE YOU SO OBSESSED WITH DEMONS?

As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Many believers profess the power of Christ, yet their minds are constantly drawn to the defeated realm of demons.

Their hearts are filled with fear of witches, wizards, and unseen forces. Forces which Christ already triumphed over more than two thousand years ago.

They do not see Christ’s victory. They do not meditate on His finished work. Instead, they magnify the whispers of darkness, giving strength to shadows that have no real substance in the light of truth. And thus, by the power of their thoughts, they become oppressed- not because demons are powerful, but because they have made their fears their reality.

The mind is a fertile field. If you plant fear, you will reap torment. If you sow thoughts of Christ’s triumph- His death, burial, and glorious resurrection, you will reap peace, joy, and unshakable strength.

Christ said, It is finished. He sat down. The sacrifice was once and for all. Why, then, should the redeemed be more conscious of the defeated than of the Redeemer?

Awaken, O believer! Shift your gaze. Let your thoughts be filled with what He has done. Dwell on His love, His power, His victory. And soon, you will see, not the rise of demons, but the manifestation of dominion.

Jesus died the death of sinners?

There’s nothing that could be so damaging to the ministry and saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ than to say and believe that Jesus died the death of sinners.

I read this post by someone commenting on my video online that Jesus is not God and Christians are being deceived, and that I should believe what he is saying because Jesus died as a sinner like every other person.

In fact, that He died for his own sins and so such a person is not worthy of worship, for just like him we shall die for our own sins too.

I wouldn’t take this fellow seriously until I read a post by a fellow pastor saying JESUS DIED AS A SINNER. I was totally shocked!

Now I see that the Body of Christ seems to be believing this and affirming what that unbeliever said.

Another said, if Jesus didn’t die the death of sinners why did he go for John’s baptism, knowing that it was a baptism of repentance?

My friend, do you believe the above statement too?

But here are some facts to look at;

Isa.53: 5 “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes, we are healed"

What the above scriptures meant to say is that the punishment we were meant to take, were laid on Him.

If your brother owes some debt and you come out to rescue your brother, does that make you your brother?

You only own up His faults so that He can be set free.

Jesus took our punishment and penalties upon Himself, i.e took our place so that we can be set free. Meaning every punishment of sins that we were supposed to bear, he took it upon Himself that we might be set free.

This is what is meant by

2 Cor.5: 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him”

The word said “HE KNEW NO SIN”. He wasn’t made a sinner; rather he took our punishment for sins.

Looking at it from the surface you might think, he became a sinner, no sir!. He took the place of a sinner, like it was with Barabbas.

The scripture says ;
1 Pet.3:18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, THE JUST FOR THE UNJUST, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit”

NLT. 1 Peter 3:18 Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. HE NEVER SINNED, BUT HE DIED FOR SINNERS. to bring you safely home to God. He suffered physical death, but he was raised to life in the Spirit”

Can you see it.?
If Jesus died as a sinner, then His blood cannot wash away your sins. For corruption cannot take away corruption.

If He died as a sinner, the scripture couldn’t refer to Him as the Lamb of God.

John.1: 29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world (1 Pet.1: 19 ) But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot”

In Math.26:57-64, the High Priest and others tried him but found no fault. This was to prove that He was the lamb without blemish for every Lamb must be examined by the High Priest before it was offered.

Jesus being the Lamb of God has to be examined, and He was found to be without spot or wrinkle.

In Math .27: 4, Judas Ischariot speaking said,

“ I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. ..” That’s the Alpha Blood, the original blood that Adam had before the fall.

The Blood that was in His vein was the blood of God Himself…
Acts 20: 28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood”

God as spirit cannot relate with man and so He has to become man in Christ to be able to fulfill the law of an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. This is why the blood of animals cannot redeem man because they are not the equivalent of the blood of man. Only God then could achieve this as Jesus.

Why did Jesus go for water Baptism then since John Baptized for repentance of sin?

(1). Jesus has to go for water Baptism in order to repent of the Law because “ God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law…” Gal.4:4.

(2)Jesus has to go for Water Baptism so that John could spot Him out as the expected Messiah.

(3) Jesus has to be water Baptized by John because Jesus as the Lamb of God, must be washed by the High Priest before sacrifice, John being from a priestly family has to do that.

So people of God, Jesus was not a sinner neither did He die the death of a sinner but rather He died on behalf of sinners that they might be free since the laws of God requires justice.

And justice demands that all sinners be punished with even death, so He took all of these on our behalf that we might be free.

Therefore Him whom the son of man set free is free indeed. No judgment therefore is hanging on your head if you have so accepted Christ.

May we therefore avoid this belief that Jesus died as a sinner.
