This is so painful. 😭
The Demise of Victor Udoh: Be Careful Out There…
Reports surrounding the death of young footballer Victor Udoh are both heartbreaking and troubling.
He was said to have returned to Nigeria, linked up with some friends, and went out clubbing. Later that night, he reportedly complained of severe stomach pain, was rushed to the hospital… and sadly didn’t make it.
A young man chasing his dreams abroad, only to return home and lose his life under unclear circumstances. Authorities are said to be treating the case as suspicious, but many questions remain unanswered.
This is a painful reminder — not everything is as it seems.
Be mindful of the company you keep. Not everyone around you genuinely celebrates your progress. Some people smile with you but don’t wish you well.

Some People Warned Tinubu Against Wearing The Clothes I Gifted Him - Shettima
Vice President Kashim Shettima reveals some people warned President Tinubu against wearing clothes he gave him, alleging they were charmed to cause his death
Suspicion smears our relationships, and it ought not to be. We are essentially one people tied to a common destiny.”
Narrating his personal story involving Tinubu, Shettima recalled that in the lead-up to the 2023 presidential primaries, as the President canvassed support across the North, he sourced traditional Borno attire and a cap for Tinubu to wear at campaign events so the candidate could blend with the northern crowd.
He said positive feedback from Tinubu’s aides proved that the clothing fitted well, and Tinubu wore it repeatedly during the campaign.
However, the confrontation came just months after victory.
Shettima said he had travelled to Beijing in October 2023 to represent Tinubu at the 3rd Belt and Road Initiative Forum, held from October 16 to 18, one of his early high-profile foreign assignments as Vice President.
When he returned from China, Tinubu summoned him and delivered a message from a group of people about the clothes.
He narrated, “When I came back from China, where I had represented him at the Belt and Road Initiative Conference, he said: ‘Sit down. Your people came to me and said I should stop wearing those dresses you gave me. They said I must have been charmed, and that I am going to die and he will become the president.’”

Amaechi Breaks Silence After Reportedly Walking Out of Meeting With David Mark Over Atiku’s Adoption as Consensus Candidate:
Former governor of Rivers state and 2027 presidential aspirant, Rotimi Amaechi has reacted to the growing tension over the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential ticket.
Earlier today, Rotimi Amaechi reportedly stormed out of David Mark’s Abuja residence. A video which circulated on Nigeria social media community, showed the moment Amaechi briskly walked out of David Mark’s Abuja home, entered his car and drive off.
Reports suggest that Amaechi stormed out of the meeting with David Mark today after the ADC chairman told him that the stakeholders of the ADC have concluded plan to adopt former vice president Atiku Abubakar as the party’s presidential candidate.
Hence, while speaking in political podcast by Daily Trust Newspaper, Rotimi Amaechi reiterated his stance on the way the ADC presidential candidate for 2027 should be determined.
According to him, while Atiku Abubakar claims that he does not believe in zoning of the presidential seat between the South and the North, the ADC should organize a direct primary election for the contestants.
He noted that since Atiku Abubakar resisted the idea of the ADC presidential ticket being zoned to the southern Nigeria, the presidential candidate of the party should then be determined through direct election in line with the 2026 electoral act.
Muhammad Hayatu-Deen, Rotimi Amaechi and Atiku Abubakar are the ADC presidential aspirants. Like Rotimi Amaechi, Muhammad Hayatu-Deen insists that the ADC must determine its presidential candidate through a transparent direct primary election.
