1. _Purpose

This Code of Conduct outlines the professional, ethical, and behavioral standards expected from all post-construction cleaners at F-Cleaning Services. It ensures safety, quality work, and mutual respect on every project site.

2. _Scope

Applies to all F-Cleaning Services staff, team leaders, and contractors engaged in post-construction cleaning at residential, commercial, and pool project sites.

3. _Professional Conduct

Report to duty on time, fully dressed in company uniform and safety gear.

Maintain personal hygiene and a neat appearance.

Treat clients, site managers, and coworkers with respect, honesty, and courtesy.

Avoid gossip, arguments, or disrespectful conversations on-site.

No smoking, drinking, or drug use during work hours or on client property.

Refrain from using client facilities or items without permission.

Never engage in or tolerate any form of harassment, including verbal, physical, or sexual behavior.

4. _Personal & Sexual Conduct

Maintain professional boundaries with all coworkers, clients, and site personnel.

No romantic, sexual, or suggestive conversation is allowed while on duty or within any job site environment.

Avoid touching or personal jokes that could be misunderstood or make others uncomfortable.

Any form of sexual harassment, advances, or misconduct will result in immediate disciplinary action, including possible termination.

Respect everyone’s privacy, space, and dignity—both at work and outside the workplace when representing the company.

Avoid personal relationships that may disrupt teamwork, productivity, or company reputation.

Always speak and act with decency and self-control.

5. _Work Ethics & Responsibilities

Perform duties with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Handle all cleaning materials and tools responsibly.

Avoid damage to newly finished surfaces such as glass, tiles, or marble.

Report any accident, breakage, or hazard immediately to the supervisor.

Keep workstations tidy and organized.

Never take any item or material from client property—theft leads to immediate dismissal and legal action.

Avoid loud noise, unnecessary movement, or distractions while on duty.

6. _Health & Safety

Always wear the required protective gear: gloves, boots, masks, helmets, and reflective vests.

Use only approved cleaning products and follow safety guidelines.

Avoid risky areas (wet floors, deep pits, or electrical zones) unless authorized.

Report unsafe conditions or injuries immediately.

Keep walkways clear and tools safely stored.

7. _Client Interaction

Be polite, attentive, and professional at all times.

Follow the supervisor’s instructions when speaking to clients.

Do not share personal contact details with clients unless approved by management.

Never ask for or accept gifts, tips, or favors from clients.

Maintain full confidentiality regarding client information or property.

8. _Attendance & Reporting

Be punctual; lateness or absenteeism without notice is unacceptable.

Inform supervisors ahead of time in case of delay or emergency.

Remain on-site during work hours unless excused.

Always complete daily attendance as instructed.

9. _Confidentiality

Keep all client and company information private.

Do not take or post photos or videos of job sites on social media.

All work processes, cleaning methods, and project details must remain within the company.

10. _Disciplinary Measures

Violations of this Code may lead to:

Verbal or written warnings

Non payment

Suspension

Termination of employment

Legal action in serious cases (e.g., theft, harassment, or violence)
