So Many don't know the benefits of Fertility Cleanse /Detox.
I am sure you have heard of cleansing from one place to another, maybe it was about cleansing your colon or detoxifying your liver. While it may seem like a new fad, cleansing has been around for thousands of years, used by the Japanese, Egyptians and Native Americans.
Cleansing has been a natural way to keep the body healthy and may be one of the most beneficial things to do before you get pregnant...... I recommend it as a 1st step to Fertility and Hormonal Imbalace.... Have you Detox lately?
The time while you are preparing for conception is one of the most important times to create a healthy body in preparation for pregnancy.
It is also the best time to do a Fertility Cleanse. Fertility
cleansing is a way to support the body in preparation for conception by cleansing the uterus and Liver. A Fertility Cleanse encourages the liver to cleanse the body of toxins and excess hormones.
It also supports the uterus to cleanse itself of old stagnant blood and increases circulation to the uterus while tonifying the uterine tissues. Note: Do not cleanse during Pregnancy or breastfeeding. You do not want to expose your baby to your body's toxins as they circulate in your blood on the way out.
Why Fertility Cleanse?
Over the years the body can accumulate toxins from chemicals in the air, earth, water and from substances we consume daily or slather on our skin (synthetic skin care products and cosmetics). Many of these toxins get stored in the fat tissues of the body and can be released quicker through cleansing. Some of these toxins may be left from:
1. Hormonal Birth Control
2. Cigarette Smoke
3. Pesticides
4. Excess Hormones
5. Poor Diet
6. Alcohol
Ideally, we would like our bodies to be as healthy as possible during pregnancy, through cleansing we are able to support the body in its natural ability to rid itself of these substances.
While cleansing is beneficial, not just any Cleanse is going to be beneficial for Fertility. A Fertility Cleanse is specific to the reproductive system and assists the body in eliminating the additional burden of substances not good for Fertility.
A Fertility Cleanse focuses on three major areas that can help the body to prepare for conception:
1. Liver Health
2. Uterine Health
3. Increasing Circulation to the uterus.
Who should Detox?
Detox is for everyone. Because we all accumulate toxins in one way or the other. From the air, water, earth, what we consume and apply on our skin.
Do you need to Cleanse?
Yes you do. To stay healthy, you should Cleanse at least Twice a year.
If you are in these category listed below, you should Detox immediately :
1. Do you experience PMS?
2. Do you experience unexplained fatigue
3. Do you feel congested?
4. Have you been in birth control?
5. Do you have acne?
6. Do you have less than 1 bowel movement a day?
7. Do you have dark circles under eyes?
8. Do you have liver spots or itchy eyes?
9. Have you been on medication or antibiotics for longer than 1 week?
10. During your me**es do you have dark blood, cramps, or blood clots?
11. Do you eat conventional meats and dairy?
12. Are you experiencing hormonal imbalance?
13. Do you experience frequent colds and flu?
14. Are you experiencing infertility?

How Not To Lose Hope & Conceive
Hello Mothers,
You see, I'm not one to sit on ladies' forum to eavesdrop on them.
But because my research work requires it, I do it.
A lot.
And so in one of my rigorous hunts for Infertility facts, I stumbled upon a story that...
..at first, set my mind rejoicing,
Then all of the sudden, blew my brain away.
Here it is, submitted by one Jennifer:
"Hi ladies, I used to chart everything but after having a barrage of tests at the hospital I was advised that ivf was my only hope of having a baby I had been trying for 7 years but because my partner had a child from a previous relationship I did not qualify for financial help so had to be realistic and start to tell myself that it wouldn't happen so stopped all thr charting etc and then on the 26th July for some reason did a pregnancy test and it was positive I have never felt so much joy and elation this little miracle had happened and due to my fertility problems they gave me an early scan first scan was great I cried so much with happiness when the doctor said baby is in the right place but on the second scan 2 weeks later I heard the words no mum and dad want to hear "I'm sorry but your baby has no heartbeat and won't progress" I was histerical and it's been so hard to cope with and so cruel that the most precious thing in life was given to me after all those years then taken away again , so now I am back to charting etc but just wish it would happen naturally and with ease , but as I have been trying for so long I now know that time is nearly ran out for me but it becomes so stressful charting and so on that I know the stress of it all doesn't help either.
So last month had the 21 day blood test and everything else is fine apart from the one very important one which is no sign of ovulation however as ovulation occurred very early that month doctor said it could just have been missed, last month I had s*x then according to clearblue test I ovulated 3 days later and now 9 days later I have early signs of pregnancy, sore b***s, headache, niggly pain in lower abdomen, peeing more often and tired but I know this is probably all in my head but it's so frustrating, period is due in 9 days but hate waiting and I know that when period arrives I will be heartbroken, maybe one day I will get my dream."
Now I know how that can be so depressing; going for a checkup and finding out you've got a baby in you after 7 years of seeking one.
Then weeks later finding out it's a joke all the while.
Yet, I'm doubly sure that things can happen. God does make miracles happen. And often, you've just got to hold on and don't lose hope.
I've heard (and witnessed) series of cases where a woman couldn't conceive for so many years and when she finally did, God gave her a set of twins.
I believe it can equally happen to you.
Have some faith more.
Using the Fertility Boost can accelerate that miracle seriously.
As it has done for so many women.

How To Detect Anovulation Effortlessly
Few days ago, I mentioned that anovulation is a condition where a woman menstruates without releasing oocytes (eggs).
And that this condition may NEVER be known until she's ready to get pregnant.
Yet, in some cases, anovulation can possibly be detected early.
Anovulation can easily be detected when a woman does not menstruate (amenorrhea) or has extremely irregular periods (oligomenorrhea). This way, you can spot anovulation with ease.
For most women, detecting anovulatory cycles can be difficult, as I've mentioned earlier.
A doctor can test for various factors that would indicate a woman is experiencing irregular ovulation.
For example:
*Testing progesterone levels,
*The endometrial lining,
*Testing for the presence of specific antibodies.
All these testings will help a physician to diagnose anovulation and so make it easy to correct it early.
How anovulation is treated depends largely on the findings of the administered tests.
If the causes are natural or from outside influence, natural remedies will be prescribed. These include regulating eating habits.
If anovulation is caused by internal imbalances, our "Fertility Boost" kit can sort that our.
This product is designed to:
*Increase your estrogen,
*Ripen your follicles, and
*Help you release egg when you are supposed to ovulate.
Listen, precious Mothers
It is essential that this should be detected early and treated, as a woman's chances to conceive reduces with age (especially for women above 35 years).
Are you experiencing anovulatory cycles?
Is it now jeopardising your chances of becoming pregnant?

FERTILITY BOOSTER
How are you doing Ma/Sir?
We have received lots of mails and messages from married women who said they are having issues with s***m leakages.
They do say, s***ms do drop out their va**na after mating with their spouse.
This happens to a lot of women, and it is a bad omen when you are trying to conceive.
There are arguably more than 10 reasons women experience s***m leakages after s*xual in*******se.
There are many reasons this happen but I will mention and briefly explain the 4 most common reasons for this.
1. Hotness Of The Uterus:
When the uterus is hotter than is should be, the environment become inconvenient for the s***m to swim not to talk of fertilizing egg. There are a few reasons why the uterus atmosphere become hot. We will talk more about this later.
2. Abortion:
Abortion can lead to many other complications that will make conception very difficult. Aborting a pregnancy through a medical session known as D And C usually damages the composition of the womb which can lead to s***m leakages consequently.
3. Fibroids:
Though, not all fibroids adversely affects fertility and conception, but when a fibroid gets out of hand, one of the negative effects is leakage of s***m. I will strongly advice you totally get rid of fibroid even at it small level before it become a big issue.
Visit here ==> http://surehealthbook.com.ng/fibroid3.html
4. PH Levels:
If the PH Level of your uterus is acidic, then s***m have no place to stay. Your uterus must not be too acidic neither should it's alkalinity be to much. The balance must be maintained.

CAUSES OF INFERTILITY
To become pregnant, the complex processes of ovulation and fertilization need to work just right. For some couples, infertility problems can be present from birth (congenital) or something can go wrong along the way that results in infertility.
The reasons for infertility can involve one or both partners. In general:
_- In about one-third of cases, the cause of infertility involves only the male._
_- In about one-third of cases, the cause of infertility involves only the female._
_- In the remaining cases, the cause of infertility involves both the male and female, or no cause can be identified._
*_CAUSES OF MALE INFERTILITY_*
_Causes of male infertility may include:_
_- Abnormal s***m production or function due to various problems, such as undescended testicles, genetic defects, health problems including diabetes, prior infections such as mumps, trauma or prior surgeries on the testicles or inguinal region. Enlarged veins in the te**es can increase blood flow and heat, affecting the number and shape of s***m._
_- Problems with the delivery of s***m due to s*xual problems, such as premature ej*******on, semen entering the bladder instead of emerging through the p***s during or**sm (retrograde ej*******on), certain genetic diseases, such as cystic fibrosis, structural problems, such as blockage of the part of the testicle that contains s***m (epididymis), or damage or injury to the reproductive organs. Men who have previously undergone a vasectomy and desire a return of fertility will also need to either have the vasectomy reversed (see 'vasectomy reversal' below) or have s***m retrieved through a surgical procedure for use in assisted reproductive techniques._
_- Overexposure to certain chemicals and toxins, such as pesticides, radiation, to***co smoke, alcohol, ma*****na, and steroids (including testosterone). In addition, frequent exposure to heat, such as in saunas or hot tubs, can elevate the testicular temperature, impairing s***m production._
_- Damage related to cancer and its treatment, including radiation or chemotherapy. Treatment for cancer can impair s***m production, sometimes severely. Removal of one testicle due to cancer also may affect male fertility._
*_CAUSES OF FEMALE INFERTILITY_*
_Causes of female infertility may include:_
_- Ovulation disorders, which hinder or prevent the ovaries from releasing eggs. Examples include hormonal disorders such as polycystic o***y syndrome, a condition that might relate to your ovaries producing too much of the male hormone testosterone, and hyperprolactinemia, when you have too much prolactin — the hormone that stimulates breast milk production. Other underlying causes may include excessive exercise, eating disorders, injury or tumors._
_- Uterine or cervical abnormalities, including problems with the opening of the cervix or cervical mucus, or abnormalities in the shape or cavity of the uterus. Benign tumors in the wall of the uterus that are common in women (uterine fibroids) may rarely cause infertility by blocking the fallopian tubes. More often, fibroids may distort the uterine cavity interfering with implantation of the fertilized egg._
_- Fallopian tube damage or blockage, which usually results from inflammation of the fallopian tube (salpingitis). This can result from pelvic inflammatory disease, usually caused by s*xually transmitted infection, endometriosis or adhesions._
_- Endometriosis, which occurs when endometrial tissue implants and grows outside of the uterus — often affecting the function of the ovaries, uterus and fallopian tubes._
_- Primary ovarian insufficiency, also called early menopause, when the ovaries stop working and menstruation ends before age 40. Although the cause is often unknown, certain conditions are associated with early menopause, including immune system diseases, radiation or chemotherapy treatment, and smoking._
_- Pelvic adhesions, bands of scar tissue that bind organs after pelvic infection, appendicitis, or abdominal or pelvic surgery._
*_Other causes in women include:_*
_- Thyroid problems. Disorders of the thyroid gland, either too much thyroid hormone (hyperthyroidism) or too little (hypothyroidism), can interrupt the menstrual cycle or cause infertility._
_- Cancer and its treatment. Certain cancers — particularly female reproductive cancers — often severely impair female fertility. Both radiation and chemotherapy may affect a woman's ability to reproduce._
_- Other conditions. Medical conditions associated with delayed puberty or the absence of menstruation (amenorrhea), such as celiac disease, Cushing's disease, sickle cell disease, kidney disease or diabetes, can affect a woman's fertility. Also genetic abnormalities can make conception and pregnancy less likely._
_- Certain medications. Temporary infertility may occur with the use of certain medications. In most cases, fertility is restored when the medication is stopped._
