There is a growing desire in me to see a better generation after us. There is a burning zeal to see a nation where righteousness, moral value and passion for sincerity will reign supreme.

A single man may possibly embezzle a whole nation into his personal accounts. Few years down the line, he will be no more. Gullible, irresponsible, unproductive and foolish descendants will arise after him to squander all he had laboured for when he is no more.

The healing of every nation rests on the shoulders of The TEACHER. Yes, I mean TEACHERS. Everyone will find someone else to blame. This, I believe is normal and expected. But the question should be, what is the way out?

Dear educator, noble colleagues, I charge you this day as we begin to prepare for resumption to be intentional, be purposeful, refuse to be an onlooker. Always remember that the destinies of these children lies in our hands. Their homes may be faulty, their environment may be unhealthy, life may not have presented itself well to them. Sir, ma, that's why you chose this profession.
