SHOCKING HOW CHEF LOFTY‼️😯....
In the early hours of today, I had a long chat with a BIG and successful chef whose works, dedication, sacrifice and mentorship has help shaped the career of so many members of the chefs association in Nigeria..
I was able to gain impact and make reasonable dictations from how he gave his speech and references. In his words; “for every chef to become successful and acquire the art of creativity, you need to go back and relate with the locality base of each root and herbs. Cooking is love and therefore; love is the co-existence of interrelationship between two subjects. In that stead. Your roots an herbs are the cultural heritage and foundations of your recipes before they became anything else through its complex evolution.
Creativity is the ability to appreciate every ingredients present in your formulation.
