𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
⮚    Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
⮚    Proficient experience building RESTful APIs using Node.js.
⮚    Strong working knowledge of NestJS and backend application architecture.
⮚    Experience designing and working with microservices-based architectures.
⮚    Solid experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server).
⮚    Experience with NoSQL databases, with MongoDB strongly preferred.
⮚    Experience using Redis for caching, session management, or background jobs.
⮚    Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
⮚    Experience with PHP, with working knowledge of Laravel considered an added advantage.
⮚    Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, sessions).
⮚    Experience creating and managing database schemas that support business workflows.
⮚    Experience with queueing systems such as Redis queues, SQS, RabbitMQ, or Laravel Queues.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:    
⮚    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or any related discipline.
⮚    3–5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining backend systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Management: Oversee multiple IT and software development projects, ensuring timely ex*****on and quality delivery.
✅ Requirements Gathering & Scope Management: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements while managing scope changes.
✅ Agile & Scrum Implementation: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure smooth ex*****on.
✅ Cross-functional Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to meet project objectives.
✅ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, roadmaps, sprint reports, and risk logs, while providing regular updates to senior management.
✅ Business Development & Stakeholder Management: Support proposal development, engage with clients and stakeholders, and provide strategic project insights.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification are a strong advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT/software project management.
- Proven experience managing software development, enterprise solutions, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, ClickUp, Trello, and SDLC processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
