Being successful is getting to the point where you are absolutely comfortable by yourself and it does not matter how many things you have acquired but the ability to say No and not feel guilty about it is one of the greatest achievements.

To have the eternal strength and courage to say No is what success is all about, the ability to No I will not take this from you, I deserve the best for myself and I will not let you treat me this way is what success is all about.

It's the same thing that prevents you from being abused as a person. You are worthy to say No. It's okay if you say No and people reject you, the most important thing is how you feel about yourself and what you are doing. And I hope young people get the message and stand up for themselves and say No to that toxic work environment, and toxic relationship.
