TITLE: Reward For Faithful Servant(steward).
Text: Matth 20v1 - 16
INTRODUCTION: It is impossible for God to owe you for any work or faithful service to God. He will profitably reward your good work on His vineyard. Heb 6v18. The reward from God for the work you do can be in different ways.

REWARD
This is something you receive for your good act for some one. It is also the result of an action whether good or bad. Every one on this planet earth shall receive their reward whether a sinner or a Christian. 2Corinth 5v10.
As a Christian you will receive your reward according to your work. Rev 22v12. For you to receive reward, your eternal reward will be tried by the following,
1..Fire 1Corinth 3v13 - 15
2. The word of word
HOW DO YOU WORK TO RECEIVE A GOOD REWARD (Matth 25v1 -13)
1. Be watchful and be wise
2. Get extra oil with you, the oil of your faith, oil of righteousness and holiness, oil gladness, oil of the gospel of peace, oil of the anointing of the Holy Spirit. (Eph 6v11-18).
3. Doing the work of God willingly not attaching any thing to it. (1Corimth 9v17 - 18)
4. Focusing on the heavenly goal (Phili 3v14).
5. Add to your faith virtue, knowledge, temperance, godliness etc. (2Pet 1v5 - 8).
CATEGORIES OF REWARDS FOR A FAITHFUL SERVANT.
There are two categories, these include
1. Material reward (Matth 6v33)
2. Ultimate reward
The material rewards includes the following
1. Long life. Pam 91v16
2. Divine protection
3. Good health (you will not spend your finance in the hospital. (Heb 4v15)
5. Divine direction
6. Supernatural provision. (Psm37v25)
7. Victory over every battle of your life
8. When you call on Him He will answer. Psm91v15, Jhn14v14
9. He guide and direct your path. (Pam119v105), Prov4v18)
10. Fruitfulness in every good work(col 1v10)
The ultimate reward is the eternal life (Heb10v36). The rewards includes the crown of life, crown of righteousness, crown of glory, crown of rejoicing and incorruptible crown.

CONCLUSION
The promises of God to His children will be fulfilled when we are faithful to His work. David was faithful to God and God gave him all round peace.
