A BOWL OF RICE

Too many cooks, they say, spoil the broth. But there can never be too many cooks when there are too many mouths to feed. When the meal in question is for a distressed community.

There is usually a common problem at every charity event - a shortage of resources. From volunteers, to relief items.
For too many people are in need of help. It's in fact, almost impossible to feed 5000 as a single man except by a miracle.

But At a time when it seems almost impossible to think of anyone else but ourselves. When the situation has become so overwhelming and in fact devastating that help seems very expensive.

There's a pit of Good news in the middle of every other bad news if we bother to look.

The good news is that every act of kindness, charity will not be overlooked.

So if just for anything, but recognition, Let's embrace charity.

Now is the season for it.

There are a lot of single moms, widows, orphans out there who could really use A BOWL OF RICE.
