THE POWER OF AFFIRMATIONS.
Affirmation is one the most powerful confidence strategic tools, the scriptures say by words the world was framed meaning words are not ordinary, words carry life, words are seeds.
Words can either uplift or downcast. When I was ignorant of words I allowed what people say to me get to me, i never really thought i was beautiful from my teen age all I saw was a fat girl who didn't fit into societal trends and yes my association didn't make matters any easier.
Long story cut short, Affirmations helped me see the real me, I started speaking to myself in front of the mirror and I never forget what I tell myself.

How the transformation of my mind to my body happened, i can't tell but this girl right here has got to be the most beautiful girl in the world.
Up until today i still affirm myself especially from the scriptures before life's gbas-gbos will rip one of their true identity.

I encourage you today to write out your Affirmations and start speaking positively to yourself every single day, it may feel like nothing is happening, just give it time.
