Keep a list of people whose presence and words (in person or virtually) give you life and rekindle a sense of purpose.
You have an idea of who these people are but you trust your memory too much, neglecting to document this.
What then happens is that your tank gets totally depleted before you can even realize that depression and lethargy are creeping in.
It’s especially worse for those of you who have families and other dependents because when this state of mind persists, it can affect your ability to earn and provide.
Make that list and bake those people into your schedule AS A RITUAL.
King Solomon famously wrote, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
It may not be a person that you have a relationship with.
It could be their YouTube channel or podcast.
Something about them or the sound of their voice just gives you life.
Keep your tank full and be intentional about it.
