A full-circle moment for Borno State. ✈️
Governor Babagana Zulum has announced a major partnership to sponsor indigent youths for aviation degree programmes at Isaac Balami University of Aeronautics & Management (IBUAM).
And in a powerful act of gratitude, Engr. Isaac Balami is giving 54 FREE training slots to Borno indigenes — two from each LGA.
From scholarships that once lifted a young Borno boy…
