Normalcy has returned back but the virus is still very much there.
I am sure no one will ever forgive their selves if they got the virus from going out trying to make ends meet.

A BRAND AMBASSADOR is basically the face of a brand.

Some days ago a video went viral of a popular actress and her husband throwing a party in her house with quite a number of people during the lock down.

The same actress is or was since she has been removed,an ambassador to Dettol and the NCDC. You can't be the face of a brand and go against everything they stand for, you have to practise what they preach. It was totally wrong.

When picking an ambassador for your organization or your business, you have to be sure they align with your goals and objectives. You might have picked them because of their large followership, influence but any wrong doing of theirs, people will marry them and your brand, sabotaging it which can be catastrophic so what was the point in the first place.

Takes us back to when we saw an advert of a popular housemate from the big brother show, she was made the face of an etiquette boot camp for children. Utter shock, disbelief, prank, that's what came to mind. To be quite sure, we decided to look through the former housemate's social media profile and nothing said poise, etiquette or anything relating to children on etiquette so why????? Clearly for the sales we guess and then seeing comments on it, we knew we weren't the only ones that felt the same way.

What are we trying to say, choose ambassadors that can represent your brand positively in various settings, practise what they preach, truly love your brand and what is stands for, credibility, trust, reputation.

There are a lot of positive ambassadors we have noticed that truly know the meaning of being one from rep , rep rep and so many others and the public has come to trust them, hopefully moving forward organizations won't pick people because of their celebrity status but pick people who clearly have an interest that relates to their products and services.

Keep safe, stay healthy, reinvent, restrategise, we will overcome.
