JUDGEMENT ALERT FROM THE LAWFIRM

Today, the Taraba State High Court, Jalingo has delivered a judgment in favour of our client, UMC Rural Health

It is my first time handling a medical negligence case. I am glad we won.

The Court in Suit No: TRSJ/120/2023 between: Mrs. Patrice Nashon & Anor. V United Methodist Church Rural Health Program Hospital Zing & 2 ors dismissed the suit as grossly unmeritorious.
