African Liberation Day Celebration 25th of May was an experience.

Delegates from different parts of the continent gathered in one space, carrying different flags, cultures, languages and stories, yet united by one thing, our love for Africa and the vision of a better continent for generations to come.

Listening to great minds like Amb. Salah Hammad, J Maponga, PLO Lumumba and many other speakers was both powerful and awakening. Their words reminded us that Africa is rich beyond resources, rich in people, culture, wisdom, resilience and potential. Conversations around Pan Africanism, leadership, unity, economic liberation and the future of Africa filled the atmosphere with hope and purpose.

There was something deeply beautiful about seeing Africans from all walks of life come together in Kenya, not as strangers from different countries, but as one people connected by history, identity and destiny.

For a moment, borders disappeared.
It was simply Africans celebrating Africa.

Alkebulan the mother of mankind.
And truly, this felt like the return of the decade.

May we continue to tell our stories, support one another, preserve our culture and build the Africa we dream about. An Africa of unity, opportunities, peace and pride.
