Poor funding and budget cut for education by African leaders has only added to the woes of these children. Experts has argued that these problems will only add to the prevailing mammoth security challenges and instability experienced in most part of western, Northern and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Prioritizing Education by increasing funding and ensuring free and quality basic education are some of the ways to remedy the problem.
