Today's meeting in Maiduguri presided over by assistant program coordinator Sulhu Amb Babagana Isah ended with the following outcomes: lessons learnt from last year's project, new prospects in Adab's contract renewal by continuing results driven activities, adoption of new approach.

Innovative strategies for subsequent peace activities implementation. Strengthening team while tasking the program department to coordinate and implement activities with the support of other departments.

Adab Community Renewal Foundation BOT members have successfully participated in an Arewa Consultative Forum 72nd Meeting of the National Executive Council (NEC) on Thursday 21st August 2025 at Kaduna State Nigeria.

The meeting started at 11:20am and lasted until 3:30pm. The executives of ACF and invited guests including Adab Foundation discussed and deliberated on issues of peace, security, humanitarian support, development and government policies of the Arewa region.

The ended with a strong commitment of publishing actionable communique.

After the meeting, the Adab Foundation team held separate executive meeting with official of Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) and advocated areas of collaboration and more adequate support for Northeast and also the entire region. The ACF executive team (Mamman Mike Osuman-Chairman ACF, Murtala Aliyu-Secretary General-ACF, Munir Admin-ACF) has promised to identify areas of convergence with the Adab Foundation. They requested the Adab Foundation to officially visit the ACF office in Abuja to discuss further on areas of collaboration and convergence to support vulnerable communities in the Arewa region.

The ACF team shared their contact address and complimentary card for further contact and discussions.

Today 14 July 2024, we received Darul Andalus delegation in our Maiduguri office and held a fruitful meeting, the team was led by Bello Nasir Tirmizi who is the CEO of the organization on behalf of their BOT chairman.

The meeting was centered on understanding both Adab Foundation and Darul Andalus areas of interventions.

After the presentation from both organizations.

So, we have agreed to meet again soon to discuss further and more in-depth on areas of collaboration.

After the meeting, they expressed heartfelt appreciation for engagement and happiness for the hospitality rendered to them.

We also agreed to visit their activities in the field and share our thoughts with them.
