The compensation system in network marketing is such that a network marketer earns not only from sales initiated by him but also from sales brought in by his sponsored network marketers. Therefore the sponsor has a vested interest to see that his sponsored networkers perform well.

Network marketing is also known as relationship marketing or referral marketing. For a network marketer, the most important part of his business is recruiting new network marketers or prospects and ensuring that they are able to earn well from the program.

The only way to overcome your fear is by taking action. The longer you sit around worrying about something, the less likely it is you will ever do it. However, if you face your fears, the fear will go away.

Always take the long term view. It takes time, money and hard work to build a successful business of any kind. Don't quit because you aren't making money after a few months. Give yourself at least 18-24 months of consistent effort before you decide the business is or isn't for you.
