I have been challenged by Amaechi Michael Okobi to an awesome  starting October 1st. The idea is to build up to a 5min plank on day 30 (swipe left for a guide).
I am doing a 5 minute plank in 30 days because it will help me with my mental focus and discipline in business.
Anyone that works out knows how tough a 1 minute plank is, talk less 5! But we can do this and the physical and mental benefits to this challenge are endless.

3. On October 1st, post a picture of yourself in a plank, with the caption: I’m going for a 5-minute plank in 30 days because...(insert your reason). Join me.
