Someone asked: when should I start paying myself from the profit of my business.

Answer: as soon as you realize that the profit you are making in your business is able to cover all the expenses (including taxes) then you can set something aside for yourself. I have realized that paying yourself weekly is better than paying yourself monthly as it allows you to cover any personal expenses and prevents you from dipping your hands into your business money

But what his mother noticed is that he likes brushing his teeth (because he enjoys the taste of the toothpaste) so, she came up with a simple technique.

Whenever she wants to bathe him, instead of telling him to come and bathe she will tell him to come and brush his teeth, knowing that he will be open to bathing after that and that changed everything

Your customers are no different. Some people hate hearing the word 'buy' (because they've heard the word so often that it makes them hate it) but if you find other words, like 'order' or 'learn more' or any other words, you might be surprised.
