It can feel like the worst thing in the world to have an unhappy customer. And I get it , Iβve been there - itβs almost impossible to not take it personally especially when you know the customer is wrong π
But one thing to note that, itβs really important to be compassionate to your customers , especially the unhappy ones.
An angry customer will leave a bad review , so wether itβs your fault or that of the customer , learn to approach the situation calmly, be polite and helpful.
A happy & satisfied client equals a happy pocket.
