Chief Godspower Omafuvwe Asiuwhu is a specimen of a patriotic Nigerian whose life is a pattern of good works. A completely detribalised Deltan who came into politics as a disciple of good governance and now a leader and moulder of Great minds.

His appointment as SA on Media, Pdp party Chairman Patani lga and now Honourable Commissioner for Environment to 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐧. 𝐃𝐫 𝐈𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐢 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐤𝐨𝐰𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞, brought relief to the state and began the process of ending tribal politics of hate and achieving a Cleaner Delta .

Why most are admired because they move others to follow their example, Chief Godspower belongs to the category of a few who are special enough to encourage others to find their own unique path. Just by being who he is, he has sparked many to be who they want to be! Through thoughtful leadership, great vision and sincerity. all parts of Delta have felt the positive impact of his activities. And for that , if for nothing else, he deserves to be Celebrated.
