As your trusted technology partner in business, we feel obligated to share this urgent but important update from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Starting from 1st of August, CAC would be increasing the cost of business registrations and other services.
This means all Company Registrations, Alterations, Post-Incorporation Filings, and other CAC Applications done after 1st August will attract the new, higher charges.
By the way, if you know anyone who is looking to register their business with CAC or pay for other compliance fees, now would be the best time for them to do so in order to save cost.
