Amb. Onyedikachi Micheal Odogwu is a dynamic youth leader, multidimensional speaker, certified life coach, peace ambassador, social media influencer, and politician currently serving as Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Youth Development and a former Councillorship Aspirant and Personal Assistant To the Executive Chairman Of Oshimili North LGA Hon Innocent Esewezie on Public Awareness and Orientation
A member of The Delta PDP Campaign Committee (Media Sub Committe) Now Defunct.
The Youth Development Advocate was appointed by the Oshimili North LGA Council into Various Committees including Youth Development, Flood Management Committee, Media,INEC Registeration ,Scholarship and Bursary Committee and Also The LGA Rep National Population Commission (NPC)being the liaison officer between the Federal Agency and The Local Government,
He has equally served in other capacity in the state and his community including the Interim President, Atuma-Iga Youth Council, Chairman Atuma-Iga Youth Council Electoral Committee that stabilized the Youth Council after 14 years which led to his appointment by the king of his community as The Community Peace ,Youth Ambassador and Youth Liaison Officer.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Neodon Innovations Business Consulting and Media Firm, President Island Of Blessing Outreach , The Onyedikachi Support Organization, Chairman,Delta Youth Leadership Organization, Delta North Coordinator,Southern Nigeria Youth Congress, Assistant Coordinator Oshimili North SOFT DELTA,amongst othes.

Renowned for his passion, charisma, and transformative impact, he has become a leading voice in youth empowerment, peacebuilding, and grassroots leadership across Delta State and Other parts of the Country. Amb. Odogwu exemplifies servant leadership through groundbreaking initiatives in education, mentorship, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic empowerment.
His efforts have empowered thousands of young people, fostered collaboration with key stakeholders, and earned him accolades including the 20 Most Global Outstanding Youths and LMA Awards 2024,Plaque Of Recognition From The Nigerian Army, Award of Excellence From US Mission in Nigeria and Young Africans Leadership Institute Delta State Chapter(YALI).
