Last week, I spent some time shadowing a real estate agent.
Not for a deal…
…but to understand why so many agents feel like they’re “busy” yet not really moving.
And I saw something interesting.
He had 18 unread WhatsApp messages, 11 Instagram DMs, and 7 email inquiries waiting.
