Auchi Polytechnic Fixes Date for 44th Matriculation Ceremony

Auchi Polytechnic has announced that its 44th Matriculation Ceremony for the 2025/2026 academic session will take place on Friday, February 13, 2026. The ceremony, according to the institution’s Information and Public Relations Division, will be held at the New Auditorium and is scheduled to begin at exactly 10 a.m.

The management of the Polytechnic stated that all newly admitted students, including National Diploma One, Higher National Diploma One, and Degree students, are expected to be fully robed and seated at the venue by 9:30 a.m. ahead of the commencement of the event.

The announcement, signed by the Registrar, Mrs. Felicia I. Eshiotse, urged students to comply strictly with the directive. Management also wished all matriculating students a joyful and memorable matriculation ceremony.

Auchi Polytechnic Announces Christmas, New Year Break for Staff

The management of Auchi Polytechnic has approved the closure of activities for staff of the institution in observance of the Christmas and New Year festivities, with effect from Friday, December 19, 2025. The approval was conveyed in a circular issued by the Registrar, Mrs. Eshiotse F. I., which noted that staff providing essential services are exempted from the break.

According to the circular, students residing in the halls of residence are expected to return to campus on Sunday, January 4, 2026. It further stated that normal academic and administrative activities across the institution will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.

The management of the polytechnic also used the opportunity to extend warm Christmas and New Year greetings to all members of staff, wishing them a peaceful and rewarding festive season.
