Earlier today the governor of Anambra State; His Excellency Sir Willie Obiano was at the Anambra Revenue House with the Director General Anambra State Project Management and Monitoring Office(PMMO); Hon Obumneme Akunyili, the Commissioner of Housing, Arch Mike Okonkwo, the Executive Chairman Anambra Board of Internal Revenue, Dr David Nzekwu to take comprehensive assessment of the destruction of Revenue House during the Protest that engulfed the entire nation and the state recently.

The governor who was conducted round the facility by the state revenue chief; Dr David Nzekwu accompanied by Hon Akunyili, the governor promised that govt will reconstruct the Revenue House as soon as possible.

Dr Nzekwu stated that work has resumed work also called on general public to make use of the agency's' online portal to access services. The DG PMMO; Hon Akunyili while addressing the media promised the agency will ensure reconstruction work is timely undertaken as was promised by the governor.

PMMO TAKES DELIVERY OF MORE BAGS OF 10KG RICE FROM RICE MILLS ACROSS ANAMBRA STATE AS GOV WILLIE OBIANO MAKE GOOD HIS PROMISE ON COVID-19 STIMULUS PACKAGE FOR THE YOUTHS.

The DG Project Management and Monitoring Office; Hon Obumneme Akunyili earlier this week, and this morning, took delivery of more than 55,000 bags of 10kg rice from indigenous rice mills across the state as the distribution of the Gov Sir Willie Obiano Covid-19 stimulus package for the youths in the state continues.

Hon Akunyili who commend the workaholic governor for always being proactive promised that the distribution exercise will be according to the directive of the governor.

"PMMO is the eyes of the governor on every project in the state and we are made up of high class mixture of men and women of integrity. We will continue putting needed efforts to ensure due process, transparency and due diligence is achieved on all govt projects including the ongoing Covid-19 Stimulus package distribution"
