Aid Connect for Development-Aidcode and 39 other organizations from Bauchi, participated in a two-day workshop on the Gender Transformative Approach (GTA) to Health held in Jos, Plateau State.

Organized by BERI in partnership with the Gender Equality Fund (GEF) Project, the workshop strengthened our collective capacity to challenge harmful gender norms, promote equitable health access, and drive inclusive community development.

We remain committed to building gender-responsive, just, and healthy communities.
Thank you BERI for this opportunity!

Aid Connect for Development among other CSOs attended the presentation of Policy Briefs developed under the STEAMinist Against GBV Project, supported by the French Embassy Fund and hosted by the Girl Child Values Support initiative (GCVSI).

The session served as an insightful platform for discussing key recommendations across Education, Women Affairs, and Youth Development. It shed light on existing gaps, proposed practical and sustainable solutions, and reaffirmed the urgent need to strengthen systems that protect girls, elevate their voices, and ensure safe, empowering spaces where they can thrive.

We extend our sincere appreciation to GCVSI for creating this vital space for dialogue and collaboration. Aid Connect for Development remains committed to championing the safety, empowerment, and well-being of every girl in our communities.
