Dear Speaker Abbas,

Re: Immediate Release of Suleiman Barde

We are writing to express deep concern regarding the detention of Suleiman Barde, a young man from Zaria, Kaduna State, who was arrested over a Facebook post allegedly exposing corrupt activities involving your wife and the Zaria LGA Executive Chairman.

We strongly believe that Mr. Barde's detention is an abuse of power and a violation of his human rights. As the Speaker of the House of Representatives, we urge you to use your good offices to ensure his immediate release.

The continued incarceration of Mr. Barde and his brother has sparked widespread outrage and condemnation from Nigerians, who see this as a clear case of political intimidation and misuse of authority. We join our voices to theirs, demanding that justice be served and that Mr. Barde be released forthwith.

We hope that you will take immediate action to address this situation and uphold the principles of democracy and human rights.

Earlier today, the leaders and representatives of SDP Support Organization Taraba State chapter visited Barr. Ibrahim Imamudeen at his chambers and presented him a copy of his appointment letter in his capacity as the Legal Adviser I of our organization

Barr. Ibrahim Bawa Esq is a lawyer, human right activist and a politician who is well know for his work especially here in Taraba State

I was in company of our Secretary and Financial Secretary Comr. Sanusi and Adam Muhammad Zamfara on this historic visit
