Domestic violence is not gender biased. It's just that women are more likely to talk about being abused than men.

Also, the form differs, while both gender are emotionally, verbally and financially abused, the women are more physically abused so the bruises,black eye immediately draw attention.

Truth is, many men are also enduring domestic violence in form of emotional, verbal and financial abuse. Some don't even know they're being abused until they're down with depression, high blood pressure and stroke then their families and ancestors will still be blamed. The abuser will be the accuser.

No one should tolerate domestic violence in any form. It deprives an individual of his/ her value, stripes one of his/ her dignity and creates an individual without self worth.

Worst is the children being raised in an abusive environment grow up to think that it's normal to be abused. I know women cry out, men please call out if your spouse is abusing you!
