More than an event, it is an invitation: to read, to think, to connect, to grow - because light is not merely something we talk about. It is something we share.

As we marked 8 years of Sparkling 92.3 FM, our visit to the Cross River State Ministry of Information became more than a courtesy call. It became a reminder that professionalism, ethical broadcasting, balanced discourse, and social relevance still matter - and are still recognised.

We are deeply grateful for the kind words shared by the Honourable Commissioner for Information, Dr. Erasmus Ekpang, and the leadership of the Ministry. Their remarks spoke to the responsibility of media institutions to inform responsibly, strengthen public trust, and contribute meaningfully to society.

At Sparkling 92.3 FM, we have always believed that broadcasting must go beyond mere lining up of programs. Media must illuminate, contextualise, and serve the public good with integrity. In a rapidly changing information environment, that commitment remains at the core of our daily operations.
